Tom Glenn is a highly regarded veteran in the field of Mortgage Banking and Executive Recruiting.   Mr. Glenn has extensive Retail and Wholesale mortgage banking experience spanning a career of 35 years. Major responsibilities include Sales Management, Financial Management, Operations, Post Closing, Credit and Risk Management.  During his career Mr. Glenn has been directly involved in the origination and sale of over $50 billion of volume. Mr. Glenn served as a manager for a national recruiting firm specializing in mortgage banking.  In addition to managing the office, Mr. Glenn was directly responsible for the placement of Retail and Wholesale Production Managers, Account Executives, Operations, Credit, Financial and Servicing Management positions.  Key relationships include several of the top 10 lenders in the United States. John Glenn owned and operated Fulghum Drugs in Baxley, Ga. for the past 30 years. A graduate of the University of Georgia College of Pharmacy in 1977, Mr. Glenn served his community and patients since 1980.   John is the past president of the Georgia Pharmacy Association and was considered a leader and innovator in the profession of pharmacy.  Mr. Glenn served on the GPhA Executive Committee for 5 years.   He has served on numerous committees including president of GPhA’s Eighth Region, Chairman of the Academy of Independent Pharmacy, Chairman of the Alternative Income Committee, a member of the Third Party Committee and CLIA Task Force. He has also, served on the Audit Committee, the Governmental Affairs Committee, Pharm PAC Board of Directors and the Insurance Trust.  John has experience in hospital pharmacy, community pharmacy and long term care pharmacy as well.

His professional memberships include GPhA’s Academy of Independent Pharmacy, the National Community Pharmacists Association, the American Pharmaceutical Association, the American Diabetes Association, the American Association of Diabetic Educators, the Diabetes Shop Advisory Committee.   John is married to Karen and they have two children, Hanna and Joseph.  They currently reside in Baxley, Ga. and frequently travel to their second home on Amelia Island, FL.

Accomplishments include designing, building and managing sales and operations platforms for local, regional and national financial service businesses in a broad segment of markets and models throughout the United States.
